Return & Shipping Details
Shipping is fixed at R110 per order. Orders over R600 qualify for free shipping (T’s & c’s apply).
– Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us for internal quality control inspection.
– Alternate shipping arrangements can be discussed for special cases — we aim to be as flexible as possible.
– Once the issue is verified, via call, email or once we received product, we will ship a replacement product to you at our expense.
